Breathing in the sea air has many health benefits that are particularly enhanced by yoga. Your body can actually absorb oxygen easier thanks to the negative ions that are present in the ocean air. These negative ions can help naturally boost your serotonin, which can help you feel more relaxed and happier. Salt also has antibacterial properties. This means that it’ll help you to recover faster from any infections or bacteria that you may have picked up.
Improve your fitness and flexibility, strengthen your diaphragm and core muscles with movement to breath.
Learn different types of breathing and how to relax into postures and transform tension into relaxation. In this informative and creative session, you will be guided through Yoga and Five Tibetans sequence, breathwork and bodywork based on your needs.
