I am loving this new program everything about it, even the eating
So stop 🛑 with your excuses. I had so many and legit reasons. I just had to think 🤔 n say ok what do u want and how can I do this? N what is getting in my way?
What I found I needed:
- convenience and at home
- learn how to eat - simple things to follow (no calorie counting)
- short programs - ways to eat with one hand 🤚 - how to cook
Yea I was seeing other ladies, other moms, other working moms and #sahm,
older ladies, younger ladies all staying healthy n feeling confident n I wanted that
