Well roughly 70% of our immune system is located in our gut and many disorders have been linked with microbial imbalance in the body.🧠
So here are a few things we need to know about gut health. Probiotics, prebiotics and enzymes are all important components of the gut and they all need to be utilized to keep it healthy! Once you heal your gut, you can heal anything!🦠
By putting my focus on my gut health, I was able to reverse many conditions, but my biggest one was my allergies that I’ve had since I was a child. Pollen, grass, hay, dust, dogs, cats, apples, pears, peaches, prunes, snap peas, almonds…I was allergic to it all. Even with allergy pills, I still had symptoms of blocked sinuses, itchy eyes, constant sneezing and an endless runny nose. With all of those symptoms it made life less enjoyable, always having to live in restriction and limitations. Avoiding nature as much as possible knowing I would suffer, not being able to enjoy many of the delicious fruits out there and the worst one, not being able to pet cats or dogs! With some knowledge & willpower I was able to take action and fix my digestive health. The day I ate a fresh peach for my first time in over 15 years, it was magical! Don’t wait until its too late, prevention is the KEY here! It is much harder to fix things when you have reached the point of chronic illness.🤧
