The endoscopic facelift is performed using a thin micro camera (endoscope with 4mm and 30 degrees) through five small incisions (0,4 to 1,5cm), hidden behind the hairline. The skin and superficial muscles from frontal and temporal areas are shifted up and backward on the head. The cheek soft tissue pad is pulled and fixed on the temporal fascia, through 1 to 3 deep stitches or a modern tread, completely absorbable after 8 month, called Ribbon Endotine.
Endoscopic facelift technique is the most common type of forehead lift, which can improve sagging or low positioned eyebrows, a sad and tired look, deep horizontal creases running across the forehead, deep lines between the eyebrows or across the top of the nose. This approach offers an effective alternative to the Traditional Facelift and it is also called Scar Free Face lift.
As one ages, gravity causes the facial tissues to droop in a vertical direction. This less invasive facelift technique combines repositioning of the orbital and buccal fat pads (deep fat pads in the face), pulling the volume of the cheeks over the cheeks bone, improving the deepnasolabial fold, hollows under the eyes and smile line areas. It restores a youthful, heart shape face.
The results of the endoscopic facelift can be quite dramatic. #alshunnarplasticsurgery #cosmesurge #cosmesurgemarina #americansurgecenter #scarlessfacelift #emiratesplasticsurgerysociety #sociedadebrasileiradecirurgiaplastica #dubai #uae #emirateshospital
