Your body does not function well without 6-8 hours of sleep a night, eating nutritious meals and have 8 cups of water a day, engage in 30-60 minutes of physical activity daily, AND bathe your body and brush your teeth!
Mental/emotional Health are a reflection of how you feel about yourself and how you cope with problems that occur in your life. For good mental health accept all challenges, learn from your mistakes, and express your emotions in positive ways. YOU ARE NOT MADE OF GLASS, EVERYONE ELSE IS.
Social Health is getting along with others and effectively communicating ideas and enthusiasm with others. Seeking and lending support to others, communicating clearly as well as listening to others, showing care and respect for others, and having fun all along the way promotes good Social Health
