I need to talk to you about your mental health. This past year has been a rollercoaster for you - so many of your plans have been cancelled, so many things have fallen apart and you constantly feel like you can’t find anything to grasp on to or look forward to.
You feel like the floor is falling from beneath your feet and you can’t find anything to grip on to. That the future feels fuzzy and uncertain and you feel you’ve experienced 10 years of lessons in 2020 alone.
My purpose on this planet today is to remind you that you are so god damn strong for surviving everything you have this year. Uncertain, unsure and full of anxiety - but look at you - you’re absolutely killing it. You’re here. You can survive anything.
The future may feel blurry right now, but you’ve got this. One step at a time. Don’t think about tomorrow, next week or next year. Think about the next 5 minutes. Take a deep breath in. Out. Relax your shoulders. Feel your body relax. You’ve got this. And I love you. So much.
